HRIS Configuration Analyst

· Configure Employee Central and other Successfactors based modules· Review and work to HRIS integration project plans · Create and complete basic QA test plans· 5+ years of experience in HR and HRIS · Some exposure to M&A experience is a requirement· Flexible work schedule; M&A projects often involve tight timelines· Knowledge of high level benefit plans and payroll operations· Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively· Demonstrated professional maturity to handle confidential information· SuccessFactors experience preferredPosting Date:Department: -
