Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong data analysis skills.
- dvanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- bility to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables.
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four years' experience implementing and/or administering HRIS. Direct experience in a large-scale data conversion.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM
- Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
