Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Experience with ADP products, integrations, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, ADP Reporting, or SQL-based reporting.
- Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
