HRIS Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Act as first-level support for Workday and iCIMS users, resolving issues and escalating complex cases.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution while collaborating with IT teams.

Testing and Enhancements:

• Perform UAT, regression testing, and patch testing to maintain system integrity.
• Gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements and updates.

Data and Reporting:

• Assist in data analysis and reporting within HR systems to support business decisions and compliance.
• Ensure system integrations function correctly and data flows seamlessly.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop end-user training materials, guides, and documentation to improve user adoption.
• Stay current on system best practices, new features, and updates to optimize functionality.
