HRIS Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Oversee HRIS, ATS, ticketing, analytics, and future People tools.
• Manage integrations, data flows, and automation across systems.
• Lead people analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in HRIS administration or people analytics.
• Experience with Rippling, BambooHR, HiBob, or equivalent HRIS.
• Hands-on ATS management and integration experience.
• Fully remote within the United States.
• Base salary $90,000–$130,000 plus equity grants.
• Collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure.
