Supporting a dynamic HR environment, the part-time HRBP Support Specialist will assist with employee relations, corrective action management, and attendance tracking while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Partner with HRBPs to manage employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures Assist in drafting, reviewing, and tracking corrective action documentation for accuracy and timely follow-up Coordinate vehicle accident follow-up and support HRBPs with CDL/DL issues and attendance-related concerns Required qualifications 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in HRBP, employee relations, or HR generalist roles Working knowledge of employee relations processes and corrective action practices Experience with HR systems and reporting tools, including Dayforce and Excel Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
