HRBP - Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: El Paso - Onsite M-F 8-5 PM Contract: 6 months with possibility of extensionManage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model; first point of contact for all hourly associatesLead on employee escalations, investigations, complaints Provide support and coaching to Front Line SupervisorsSupport HR Manager in coaching the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR mattersProvide advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolutionFacilitate HR system processes and ensure data accuracy through digital tools; analyze data to support HR team in making better and strategic recommendations to the businessOwn and lead all hourly recruitment at the site: sourcing, coordinating interviews, hiring, onboarding, etc.Participate in improvement and innovation efforts through ownership and management of the "People" aspect of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) in the manufacturing environmentLead employee hiring/contractor conversion efforts to ensure continuity in workforce requirementsContribute to employees' professional development and embrace the talent strategy by supporting the identification and assessment of the best talent as well as ways to support and develop our peopleFacilitate and lead learning initiatives across the site.
