Leading complex, enterprise-wide HR technology programs, the contract HR Technology Program Manager will manage end-to-end program delivery focused on Workday and related HR systems while working remotely for a duration of six months. Key responsibilities Oversee program delivery including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communications Partner with HR, IT, and business leadership to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions Establish program governance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in HR technology processes Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT and/or HR Program Management Proven experience with Workday architecture, Business Processes, and enterprise system transformations Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders Hands-on familiarity with HR Shared Services and HR process automation initiatives
