Leading the HR Technology function, the full-time remote HR Technology Manager will oversee HR systems, analytics, and technology projects while managing a team of analysts to ensure systems are optimized and aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities Manage HR technology projects, timelines, and resources, ensuring end-to-end delivery and alignment with business needs Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy Mentor HRIS Analysts, prioritize work streams, and enhance user experience and data integrity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (with an IS minor), or equivalent experience At least three years of people management experience Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management skills Strong proficiency in Excel Proven track record in business analysis, project management, and process improvement
