Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, HR records, and required reporting.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts.
• Lead HR audits, training compliance, and process improvements.
• Supervise and develop the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience required.
• Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
