Key responsibilities Support the execution of talent reviews, performance management, and succession planning Shape and implement strategic Talent & Culture initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities Create executive-ready presentations and track progress against talent and culture priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree AND 7 years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, or strategy, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of relevant experience Master's degree from an accredited institution (preferred) Ten years of experience in HR or talent management in various environments (preferred) Strong executive presence and proven ability to lead complex projects
