Caregiver Relations / HR SpecialistLocation: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $55K-$65KWe are looking to hire a Caregiver Relations / HR Specialist for our Brooklyn office. This position will focus on supporting our caregivers throughout their employment and helping to improve retention and customer service.
Responsibilities will include:Overseeing new hires after onboardingServing as the main point of contact for caregiver questions and concernsAssisting with assigning and staffing cases in partnership with CoordinationHelping caregivers stay actively workingResolving issues quickly and efficientlyBuilding strong relationships with caregivers to improve retentionWe are looking for someone who is:Fluent in both English and SpanishFriendly, approachable, and people-orientedA strong problem solverExcellent at customer serviceExperienced in home care (HR experience preferred; coordination experience is a plus)This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Brooklyn office. Remote work is not available.
