Today, we design, manufacture, and personalize contactless credit cards, 3D print highly detailed prototypes & parts, and use digital content to elevate the customer experience in a secure envelope. These are just a few of the things we do.We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our entrepreneurial, fast-moving organization as an HR Specialist. This position reports directly to the HR Director and will have exposure to various aspects of HR, such as employee relations, HRIS management, and benefits.

Come grow with our team!The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required:Owns the HRIS system management including, imputing new hires, terminations, employee changes, and reportingDrives employee files and records managementProvide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etcAdministers compensation and benefits plansSupport employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues ariseReinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safetyStay up to date with employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to assure complianceRecommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationsAssist with recruitment process as needed, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, initiating background screeningOther projects or duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferredAt least two years of experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar role within Human ResourcesHRIS support, working with systems such as Workday (preferred) and/or ADPAbility to multi-task and work efficientlyGood MS Excel, Word, and Power Point skillsAbility to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyCustomer centric mentality, that can easily adapt to changeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCapacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive informationExperience with Workday SystemsKnowledge of Manufacturing environmentBilingual in VietnameseWe are located in the Dedham/Needham/West Roxbury area!
