HR Software Interview Participant

To support a study on SMB payroll and HR software, contract participants will engage in remote one-on-one video interviews to discuss their company's payroll systems, administrative workflows, and software feature utilization. Key responsibilities Walk through the current HR and payroll software stack used in the organization Detail specific features utilized for managing employee data and compensation Compare current tools against other platforms previously evaluated or used Required qualifications Active HR professional, payroll manager, or operations leader at a small to medium-sized business Direct experience using or administering modern payroll and HR platforms Familiarity with the competitive landscape of HR software Comfort discussing administrative workflows and software feature utilization
