Providing first-line HR support, the full-time HR Shared Services Representative will respond to tier 1 inquiries regarding HR policy, payroll, benefits, and other employment-related matters while working remotely with a preference for candidates in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Key responsibilities Answer incoming inquiries with problem-solving and empathy, adhering to service standards Assist team members and leaders with HR Operation requests, maintaining confidentiality Provide professional customer service throughout the employee life cycle, addressing questions about company policies and communications Required qualifications Associates degree in HR, business, or technology, or applicable work experience required Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or technology preferred Two years of experience in customer service, HR, or IT preferred
