HR Shared Services Representative (Fully Remote)

• Respond to tier 1 HR inquiries via phone and case management.
• Resolve issues on policy, payroll, benefits, leaves, and HRIS.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two years of customer service or HR experience preferred.
