HR Service Specialist - Remote / Telecommute

Job TitlePay Range: $26.90hr - $31.90hrRequirement/Must Have3+ years of related experience.Customer service experience, HR onboarding experience, or experience as an HR technician/analyst/generalist.ResponsibilitiesResponds to general intake inquiries from employees and manages the process necessary to bring to resolution in a timely manner.Maintains information systems and processes necessary paperwork, i.e. severance, telework etc.Maintains and keeps updated support documentation used by HR/Shared Services/Employees ensuring relevance and current content.Reviews and gathers feedback continuously on how to improve HR processes, sharing with HR Shared services team members.Maintains in-depth knowledge of company-specific policies and practices.Acts as a liaison with functional areas with HR; ensuring understanding of processes.Nice to Have1-3 years HR knowledge.SkillsAbility to work as part of a collaborative team and independently.Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations, immigration, performance management, federal and state employment laws.Strong customer service skills.Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to face ambiguity and rapid change.Qualification And EducationHigh School Diploma.
