Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation. You’ll maintain HRIS records, support benefits and policy questions, and help with employee relations and training coordination, ensuring compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
