Our client leading in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an HR Recruiter to join the team for a 6-month long project.
Responsibilities include:Proactively connect with potential talent through community involvement, professional networking, cultivating referrals, and utilizing online job boardsSource, screen, and identify qualified Administrative and Human Resources talent for both contract and direct hire opportunitiesManage the talent interview process from initial interview through offer stageWork collaboratively with the team to identify and facilitate the best match between talent desires and client needsActively look for new pathways to recruit talent including at job fairs, college fairs, and networking eventsConduct research on prospects, negotiate terms, and place talent at client companiesLearn best practices for hiring, interviewing, and salary negotiationsDevelop meaningful talent relationships to function as an advocate and resource throughout the job search processQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in a role related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Consultative Sales required
