To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote HR Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, and ensure a responsive candidate experience. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes Maintain accurate records in recruiting systems and track candidate progress across multiple searches Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with hands-on recruiting responsibilities Preferred experience in the insurance industry, particularly in actuarial, underwriting, or financial functions High school diploma required Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to tracking priorities and commitments Ability to communicate clearly and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism
