This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiting specialist who excels in fast-moving hiring environments, builds strong candidate pipelines, and delivers results across multiple searches at once. The position focuses on corporate hiring and requires a proactive approach to sourcing, candidate engagement, and process coordination.
This role is primarily onsite with one remote workday each Wednesday.Responsibilities:• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination.• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates across multiple channels.• Manage several open requisitions at the same time while maintaining organization, urgency, and a high-quality candidate experience.• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, align on priorities, and adjust recruiting plans based on business needs.• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within HR systems and applicant tracking tools.• Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for a range of business-facing positions.• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.• Support onboarding handoffs and related recruitment administration to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
