HR Project Delivery Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead complex, multi-country onboarding implementations end-to-end.
• Act as the single operational point of contact for enterprise clients and internal Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal HR Ops regional teams with Customer Success and Sales.
• Oversee global compliance, risk mitigation, and payroll setup across jurisdictions.
• Drive client activation and platform adoption with a white-glove experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Operations Delivery.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics and enterprise project management.
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership skills.
