HR Project Delivery Manager (Fully Remote)

Lead complex, multi-country onboarding implementations end-to-end. Act as the single operational point of contact for enterprise clients and internal Customer Success teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal HR Ops regional teams with Customer Success and Sales. Oversee global compliance, risk mitigation, and payroll setup across jurisdictions. Drive client activation and platform adoption with a white-glove experience. What We're Looking For: 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Operations Delivery.
