Oracle is seeking an HR Consultant, Programs to join the HR Programs Delivery team. You will lead and support programs with an emphasis on onboarding, enablement, and operational reporting, partnering across HR CoEs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable experiences.
You will drive continuous program improvement, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and strengthen HR program operations. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, HR Programs Delivery.
