HR Program Specialist - Employee Experience
Location: Pasadena, CA Type: Hybrid Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years supporting HR people programs (design thru implementations)
- 2+ years of project/program implementation support; including timeline tracking, deliverables management, can translate strategy into execution plans, managing multiple priorities
- Experience with employee experience/engagement/wellbeing programs
- Experience in healthcare or have worked within academic medicine organization
