Our client, a global media franchise, is seeking an HR Program Manager to join their team!
Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA - 3x a week onsite
Hours: 40 hours a week
Contract Duration: 12 months with high potential to convert/extend
Role Overview:
- Manage multiple projects across People Operations, Total Rewards, and Workplace Services.
- Build project plans, track timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Support project launches, change management, communications, and process improvements.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking dependencies, and managing risks.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
