Senior HR Product Management LeaderWe are looking for a senior HR Product Management leader to lead and mentor a team of Agile Product Owners supporting our HR technology portfolio. This individual will provide strategic leadership, establish product management discipline, and help accelerate delivery across multiple HR domains.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.Partner closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.Establish and mature Agile product management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.Guide Product Owners in backlog management, value prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology execution.Support major initiatives across Workday, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.Provide leadership capacity during a period of organizational change and transformation.Required ExperienceProven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.Expected OutcomesProvide leadership and direction to the HR Product Owner organization.Increase delivery velocity and execution consistency across the portfolio.Improve prioritization, governance, and stakeholder alignment.Strengthen product management capabilities and Agile maturity across the team.Enable HR Technology leadership to focus on strategic transformation initiatives while ensuring operational execution remains strong.Preferred ProfileA senior HR Technology leader, Product Management Director, or former HR Technology consulting leader with extensive Workday experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of leading Agile Product Owner teams in complex global organizations.
