This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in getting the details right to get things done.You'll work closely with our Senior HR Director and cross-functional partners to own the day-to-day operations of HR — from HRIS administration and benefits to compliance and process improvement.

If you've been waiting for a role where you can actually build something and have the drive to make it happen, this is it.Essential Functions – Responsibilities:HRIS & DataOwn day-to-day administration of Rippling, including employee records, workflows, and reportingMaintain data integrity and audit employee information regularlyBuild and run standard HR reports for leadership and cross-functional teamsBenefits & Leave AdministrationAdminister health, dental, vision, 401(k), and ancillary benefits programsServe as a point of contact for employee benefits questionsAssist in managing open enrollment end-to-end — communications, system setup, carrier coordinationAssist in processing and tracking leave requests (PTO, FMLA, state leave) in compliance with applicable lawsHR Operations & ComplianceMaintain and update HR policies, documentation, and the employee handbookSupport multi-state compliance across employment laws, required notices, and filingsPartner with payroll to ensure accuracy on new hires, terminations, and changesSupport audits and reporting requirements (EEO-1, ACA, etc.)Process & InfrastructureDocument and improve HR workflows — if it's informal today, you'll make it repeatableSupport the buildout of Linxup's HR portal and employee-facing resourcesIdentify gaps in current processes and propose practical solutionsRecruiting SupportAssist with recruiting logistics including job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, and/or candidate coordinationSupport the recruiting process by managing ATS records, coordinating interviews, and processing offer lettersAssist with new hire pre-boarding and ensure a smooth handoff from signed offer to Day 1Employee SupportRespond to employee HR questions with accuracy and careHandle onboarding and offboarding logistics from an HR ops perspectiveBe a reliable, approachable resource for employees navigating HR mattersAssist with Office Operations and Culture initiatives as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field3–5 years of HR operations or generalist experienceHands-on HRIS experience, data entry, reporting and workflow management (Rippling preferred)Working knowledge of benefits administration and leave managementStrong attention to detail — you catch things others missHold yourself to deadlines without needing to be chased — you're the one following up, not the one being followed up onAbility to work independently with moderate direction - meeting deadlines and managing competing prioritiesExperience using Google WorkspaceExperience building or documenting HR processes from scratchWork EnvironmentThe hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PMThis position is hybrid with designated days working from the office and designated days working from home.Company promotes work/life balance to achieve maximum performance professionally and personallyCompensation And BenefitsPosition offers a competitive base salaryMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k) benefits are offeredFTO-Flexible Time Off Policy
