HR Operations ManagerActing as a vital bridge between HR strategy and day-to-day execution, the HR Operations Manager ensures, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee data management are executed effectively, supporting both employees and leadership in achieving organizational goals and creating a best-in-class employee lifestyle experience. This role manages HR processes, ensures compliance with various employment laws and company policies, oversees benefits administration, and streamlines workflows for optimization. The position is based on-site in our corporate office located in San Antonio, TX.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Process ManagementOversees and continuously improves core HR processes — onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS managementDevelops, documents, and maintains HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelinesPartners with HR leadership to execute operational strategy aligned with business objectivesDrives automation and process improvements to increase efficiency across HR workflowsCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsures company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including but not limited to: FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, etc.Maintains accurate employee records, and ensures data integrity in HRISMonitors changes in labor law and proactively update policies to maintain complianceServes as the primary point of contact for HR-related audits and regulatory inquiriesEmployee Relations & ExperienceSupport managers and employees with interpretation of HR policies and resolution of workplace issues serving as an additional HR Business Partner as neededParticipates in employee engagement initiatives and contributes to a positive organizational cultureOversees the system aspects of the annual performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and timeliness within the HRIS systemTeam Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLeads, mentors, and develops a team of HR coordinators and generalistsPartners with IT on HRIS integrations, system upgrades, and digital HR transformation initiativesRepresents HR in cross-functional projects, and organizational initiativesReporting & AnalyticsGenerates and presents HR metrics and dashboards to senior leadershipUses workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive HR interventionsManages ad-hoc HR reporting requests from business leaders and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an operations or management roleDemonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)Strong working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, and related regulationsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR reporting toolsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred)Experience leading HR digital transformation or system implementation projectsFamiliarity with Agile or project management methodologies (preferred)Prior experience in a high-growth, multi-location, and/or start-up environmentsBenefits:Eligibility to participate in the Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, 401(K), in accordance with Company policy.Schedule: Day Shift; Monday – FridayLocation: In-Office, San Antonio, TXClaim Assist Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
