HR Operations and Total Rewards Director

To support various business needs, the remote Associate Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations will manage the development and administration of global compensation and benefit programs while ensuring alignment with HR policies and enhancing employee experience. Key responsibilities: Manage the implementation and administration of global compensation and benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness Oversee HR metrics and reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and corporate values Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, specifically in compensation and benefits A minimum of 3 years' experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device industries Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and US benefit and compensation expertise Proven track record in managing and evaluating incentive plans and HR processes
