HR Manager Opportunity

Our client is looking to add an experienced HR Manager to their growing organization. This newly created HR Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while partnering directly with leadership to build and improve the company’s HR function.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee support
• Oversee benefits administration, onboarding, and HR documentation
• Manage and support recruiting and talent acquisition
• Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and employee programs
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and organizational initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong hands-on experience with benefits administration and onboarding
• Recruiting/talent acquisition experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
• Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred
