Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts from sourcing through offer management.
• Manage onboarding programs to ensure a successful new hire experience.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Oversee performance review processes and support manager development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits and HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and the employee handbook.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
• 5+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; BambooHR experience preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a plus.
