Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes and support employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage employee benefits administration and HR policies.
• Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and HR procedures.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

• 3+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a plus.
