HR ManagerThe HR Manager will play a key role in the launch and ongoing operation of a new manufacturing facility. This position will help establish the site's workforce, HR infrastructure, and employee practices while supporting the day-to-day HR needs of a growing manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist and manager-level experience, in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment.
This role requires someone who can work hands-on, build structure in a new site environment, and partner effectively with operations, employees, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead HR activities for site launch, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and communicationsSupport high-volume hiring across production, warehouse, technical, and professional rolesManage full-cycle recruitment and staffing vendor relationshipsEstablish and standardize HR policies, procedures, and site practicesServe as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and policy mattersPartner cross-functionally with operations, safety, payroll, and corporate HRSupport onboarding, training readiness, and workforce planningOversee core HR functions including employee relations, benefits, leave administration, payroll support, and complianceMaintain accurate HR records and ensure audit readinessDrive employee engagement and culture-building initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience supporting a new site launch, startup, or rapid growth environmentStrong HR generalist background across employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operationsExperience with high-volume hiring and workforce planningKnowledge of employment law and HR complianceStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build structure and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentHR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferredBilingual English/Spanish a plusAdditional Location Consideration: Location may be subject to business needs, with potential consideration for Texas, North Carolina, or Georgia.
