These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively.

By connecting with The Pivot Group Network, you position yourself for roles that match your background and aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.Manage full recruitment cycle for all plant positions, from entry-level to leadership.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Develop and deliver training programs on safety, compliance, and professional development.Manage performance appraisal systems and support career development initiatives.Lead HR initiatives related to workforce planning, retention, and succession planning.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA and EEO regulations.Proven experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration.Strong ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to a manufacturing setting.Bonus QualificationsExperience with HRIS implementation and optimizationSHRM-SCP or SPHR certificationLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certificationBilingual in Spanish or another language common in manufacturingExperience with developing and delivering training programsJob Titles That Should ApplyHR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Director, Human Resources Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Compensation and Benefits Manager, HR Business Partner, People Operations Manager, Culture and Engagement ManagerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
