Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 33 salaried, multi‑state employees
- Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies and deductions
- Support recruiting logistics including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Document and escalate employee relations matters as needed
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- Strong hands‑on ADP payroll experience (Workforce Now Next Gen preferred)
- Prior HR Generalist experience; nonprofit background is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (basic–intermediate), Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to operate independently in a high‑trust, temporary role
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
