HR Generalist / Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
CFS has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiter to support their dynamic HR team and diverse workforce. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
- Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification preferred.
Annual Salary
$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
