HR Generalist - People Partner with Growth & Benefits

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support Team Members and align people decisions with strategy. The role emphasizes facts-based decision making and delivering an excellent employee experience.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager to plan, execute, train, and track various HR programs while maintaining day-to-day operations such as coaching, employee relations, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance. In-office presence is required three days per week in Phoenix, AZ.
