What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with payroll implementation and transition from ADP to UKG
- Manage attendance tracking and support supervisors with daily attendance reporting
- Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
- Create and manage reports using Excel and HR systems
- Utilize AI tools, including Claude, to support HR processes and efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Open to candidates with accounting or payroll backgrounds who enjoy working with people
- Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new systems
- Experience working in an HRIS or payroll system
