OverviewThis position is located on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI.The Human Resources Generalist role provides comprehensive HR support for Snap-on’s Corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Innovation. ResponsibilitiesPartner with management teams on employee relations and support the recruitment process for open positions. This includes requisition approvals, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessments, hiring and compensation decisions, screening, preparing offers, and onboardingAdminister leave of absence, FMLA, and accommodation processesServe as point of contact for human resources questions from associatesProvide administrative support for associate immigration processes and visasAdminister the LERN training process and work with Legal to make required annual updatesSupport the annual affirmative action plan process, including reporting and compliance auditsCollaborate with HR team on creating the annual summer internship programPlan and administer several corporate and community engagement programs and eventsAttend university career fairs, on-site and virtual, representing Snap-on and connect with students for internships and entry-level opportunitiesOther duties as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field 4+ years of Human Resources experience in a corporate environmentExperience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and leave administration Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems - preferably iCIMS and ADPWorking knowledge of employment law and HR complianceAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects while maintaining timeliness and accuracy Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organizationAbility to hold the confidence of others and maintain private, confidential, and sensitive informationJob SummaryJob ID:
