HR Generalist (India)

Serving as the primary People Operations partner for the India entity, the full-time salaried HR Generalist (India) will manage the full employee lifecycle, align global HR strategies with local execution, and ensure a seamless employee experience while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Align global HR initiatives with local operations, managing employee queries and maintaining accurate HRIS records Lead end-to-end recruitment for India-based roles, collaborating with hiring managers on candidate evaluation and onboarding processes Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while driving culture-building initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labor laws Required Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on, end-to-end HR generalist experience in a fast-growing startup or tech environment MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, and POSH Proficiency with HRIS platforms and ATS tools, such as Rippling and Greenhouse
