ComTec Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing IT managed services and ERP consulting teams. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy. You’ll advise managers on employee relations, support performance management, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Partnering closely with leadership, you’ll drive engagement, training, and culture initiatives that align with our collaborative, customer-focused environment, helping attract and retain top technical and consulting talent as we continue to grow.
