Maintains operational stability while adapting to business needs, effectively balancing competing priorities and responding to urgent demands, and consistently aligning HR initiatives with the dynamic nature of the business.Key Focus AreasManages unemployment claims.Leads progressive discipline processes.Conducts thorough investigations.Handles employee relations matters.Oversees terminations with consistency and compliance.Drives retention initiatives.Aligns HR strategies with business goals.Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance.Translates strategy into clear, actionable steps for leaders.Builds strong partnerships to coach and influence leadership.Leads and supports HR projects and initiatives.Supports talent management, including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and team development.Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws.Partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.Promotes employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field7+ years of progressive HR experienceHuman Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred)5-7 years as a multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required)Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environmentsProven ability to influence across levels and lead through changeStrong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisionsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsHigh integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentialityAI Proficiency
