Seeking an experienced HR Director, the full-time hybrid role will lead the development of a strategic People function, manage HRIS transformation, and ensure compliance with multi-country employment laws while shaping the people strategy in a rapidly growing organization. Key responsibilities Drive succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational design across the business Lead the selection and implementation of a new HRIS, replacing the existing technology stack Manage multi-country employment law compliance and ensure adherence to GDPR and EU directives Required qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline; CIPD Level 7 or equivalent preferred Significant HR experience with a focus on senior leadership roles in growth-stage companies Proven track record of building or scaling an HR function for organizations with 100 to 200+ employees Hands-on experience with HRIS selection and implementation projects Thorough knowledge of Irish employment law and experience managing compliance in multiple jurisdictions
