HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team in Central New York. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our human resources department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination: Administer a variety of HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, PTO management.

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.

  • HR Support: Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits, providing clear and concise information.

  • Recruitment Assistance: Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, serve as a point of contact, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and best practices in LTC.

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.
