HR DIRECTOR - HOSPITALITY FOCUSED GROUP

I am an Asheville-based independent restaurateur with four locations (The Admiral, The Bull and Beggar, Leos House of Thirst and Baby Bull) with two new concepts currently inthe construction

We’re looking for an exceptional full-time HR Director with deep expertise in employment law/compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, handbooks and investigations.

This isn’t a culture/training position, we have strong operators handling that.

I’m interested in reaching experienced HR professionals who understand restaurants and hospitality and are looking to grow with our company.
