HR Director Global Functions

NSF's HR Director - Global FunctionsNSF's HR Director - Global Functions is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function for the company's global functions reporting directly to the VP and CPO. This position will ensure that HR initiatives and programs align with the overall business objectives and provide support to senior leaders and their teams. The HR Director will drive talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the organization's global functions.ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related mattersFoster a high-performance culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovationTalent Management:Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talentDevelop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programsImplement succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipelineEmployee Engagement and Retention:Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfactionConduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and address workplace issuesDevelop and maintain programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureLeadership Development:Create and deliver leadership development programs to build managerial and leadership capabilitiesCoach and mentor senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and effectivenessProvide guidance on performance management and employee development plansOrganizational Effectiveness:Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business transformationDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor lawsOversee employee relations and address complex HR issues and conflictsCompensation and Benefits:Monitor global compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equityConduct regular market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standardsOversee the development and administration of reward and recognition programsLearning and Development:Implement team member training and career development programs across the global functions aligned with overall business needs and growth plansPerformance Management:Oversee the performance review process and provide guidance on setting performance goals across the global functionsEmployee Engagement and Well-being:Promote programs and initiatives that enhance team member well-being and overall wellness and support actions to improve employee engagement across the global functionsHR Operations:Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services and programsLeverage HR technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvementsMaintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a global or multinational organizationProven experience in strategic HR leadership and managing HR functions across multiple geographiesBusiness/Financial acumen, proficiency with data (reporting, insights, analysis)Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace cultureExperience in handling sensitive employee relations issuesStrong knowledge of global labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationMust actively model all NSF core values: Do the Right Thing, Treat People Well, Relentlessly Pursue Excellence and We Are One NSFOne of our core values is We Are One NSF.
