Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional analytics projects to improve retention, engagement, and productivity Manage the execution of annual and pulse surveys as part of the Global Employee Listening Program Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive use Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or behavioral field or equivalent professional experience Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for creating actionable visualizations Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics Deep expertise in managing organizational data and executing large-scale surveys
