Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HR Credentialing Specialist will manage pre-employment background checks, coordinate drug testing and medical services, and provide credentialing support to new hires and internal customers. Key responsibilities Verify and confirm elements of pre-employment background checks to ensure timely start dates Act as a liaison between candidates, screening vendors, and the talent acquisition team, delivering necessary updates and documentation Maintain credentialing data in the database, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies Required qualifications A minimum of 6 months experience in a human resource or clinical credentialing specialist role Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred 2 years of experience in a Human Resources position or similar is advantageous Experience with performing pre-employment background checks and drug screening Familiarity with radiologic technology certification boards is a plus
