In short, We Enable Possibility?.The HR Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support while also helping to drive multiple HR related processes, projects, programs, and initiatives throughout assigned business units.Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work quickly, yet efficiently, in a high-paced, dynamic environment.This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner in Corporate and supports U.S.

Corporate Functions and Bermuda based stakeholders and leadership.There is a strong preference for this role to be hybrid to the Raleigh, NC office with two days in the office and three days remote. Consideration will be given to remote candidates in the NC area who can travel into the Raleigh office on a regular basis.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for entering and managing HRIS (Workday) transactions; monitor approval workflows, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure data accuracy and integrityMaintain and update employee data in Workday, including processing employee changes and supporting data cleanup initiativesGenerate HR reports and metrics, including tracking key data points and responding to reporting requests from HR and business stakeholdersCoordinate onboarding processes by initiating new hires in Workday, conducting new hire orientation sessions, tracking start dates, and supporting new hire inquiriesFacilitate onboarding logistics by partnering with IT and internal teams to ensure timely equipment setup, system access, and employee readinessManage new hire communications, including welcome emails and onboarding materials; coordinate swag distribution and maintain inventorySchedule and coordinate I-9 verification in compliance with federal requirementsServe as a key point of contact for employees by responding to general inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate; manage and triage the HR shared inboxProvide employment verification letters and respond to external employment verification requestsSupport compliance and audit initiatives by maintaining organized employee records, preparing required documentation (e.g., SOC 2, SOX), and ensuring adherence to company policiesSupport employment-based immigration processes, including coordinating visa workflows (H-1B, TN, L-1, etc.), assisting with PERM recruitment steps, partnering with external counsel, and tracking case timelines and required documentationAssist in executing HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, training, and other people-related programsPerform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assignedRequired Skills/Experience1-3+ years of experience in an HR related positionProficiency with Workday (HRIS); knowledge of core HCM, time & absence, and onboarding/off-boarding modules are a plusExperience with the immigration process from an employment perspective is preferredStrong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, RingCentralMust be exceptionally detail oriented and client service focusedExceptional organizational and process improvement skillsFundamental understanding of compensation and benefits programsAble to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyMust be able to operate in a fast paced, ambiguous environmentMust be experienced in effectively managing complexities in workload and multiple levels of leadershipEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experienceSHRM-CP preferredArch is committed to helping employees succeed through our comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple medical plans plus dental, vision and prescription drug coverage; a competitive 401k with generous matching; PTO beginning at 20 days per year; up to 12 paid company holidays per year plus 2 paid days of Volunteer Time Offer; basic Life and AD&D Insurance as well as Short and Long-Term Disability; Paid Parental Leave of up to 10 weeks; Student Loan Assistance and Tuition Reimbursement, Backup Child and Elder Care; and more.
